At Heroes Apparel, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be granted, in compliance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) regulations.


When Can You Return or Request a Refund?

You may return or request a refund for your purchase if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or unfit for use.
  • You received the wrong item, size, or color.
  • The product is not as described or advertised.
  • Your order did not arrive within the promised delivery period.

Important: Returns or refunds for change of mind or wrong size ordered are not allowed under RA 7394. However, Heroes Apparel may offer exchanges on a case-to-case basis if the item is unused and in its original condition.


Timeframe for Returns

All return or refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase or receipt of the item. Requests filed beyond this period may not be accepted.


Product Condition for Returns

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging, complete with tags, labels, accessories, and manuals.
  • Products must be in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is required.


How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact us at support@heroesapparel.store, via Facebook page at @heroesapparelsafetyshoes, or via call at 0919 948 2712 with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Attach clear photos or videos showing the defect, wrong item, or damage.
  3. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  4. Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return shipment or arrange a pick-up.
  5. After the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund, replacement, or repair within 7–9 business days.


Refund Method

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (bank transfer, e-wallet, credit card, Cash On Delivery (COD), etc). Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.


Shipping Fees for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defective product, wrong item, or seller’s error, Heroes Apparel will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to reasons not covered by defects (e.g., wrong size ordered, color, and model), the customer must shoulder the return shipping cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:


  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
  • Products that have been used, washed, or tampered with.
  • Customized or special-order products.


Legal Reference

This policy is aligned with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394), which protects consumers against defective products and unfair trade practices.
